Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)

A wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), receives and treats commercial,
municipal and industrial wastewater. That is, a WWTP treats water to
remove waste, grease and floating oils, sand and any coarse debris present
in the water; the treatments remove organic and inorganic materials
through various settling processes/ methods , as well as biodegradable
organic material dissolved in the water.
Wastewater treatment requires time, energy, and cost. Any method
that can optimize the wastewater treatment process is very
important because one of the goals of sustainable development is
to reduce energy consumption and reduce strategic processes
across the globe. Wastewater treatment could be done in physical,
chemical, and biological methods.

Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)

Pioneer Fluid Solution Top Most leading Sewage Treatment Plant
Manufacturer in India, Sewage Treatment Plants , Zero Liquid Discharge
Plants to safeguard “ Natural Water Resources ”  – Save Water Now !!!
These facilities eliminate pollutants and sewage waste from homes,
businesses, and sometimes even from Industries. Rainwater and sewer-
related debris can also be deposited there. By cleaning wastewater using a
variety of chemical, physical, and biological processes before releasing it
into the environment, STPs play a crucial part in conserve the health and
safety of locals. Treatment facilities seen in large cities are a fantastic
example of STP. Residential dwellings, commercial structures, sewage
from local governments, etc.

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP’s)

Pioneer Fluid Solution is one of the top-leading effluent treatment plant
manufacturer, the brand trusted in the field of wastewater management is
a leading wastewater treatment company manufacturing ace machines like
Effluent Treatment Plant, that not only treats your wastewater but also
saves money, saves water one of the natural resources.
Effluent Treatment Plant treats chemicals coming out from Hospitals,
Manufacturing Industries, etc. The treated wastewater can further be used
in Horticulture, Construction and Gardening purposes.
effluent treatment plants are quite the contrary because they handle
industrial effluent, or wastewater that answer from the flow of industrial by
products.

ETPs are employed in industries like pharmaceutical manufacture and
chemical industries like textile and dye manufacturing where wastewater
is extremely and extensively contaminated by chemicals.
How does an Effluent Treatment Plant work?
Raw effluent enters into the primary filtration chamber where solid waste
particles are removed with the help of fine and coarse screens. The next
step is the oil & grease trap where the skimmer is used to separate oil from
the raw effluent. The raw water then enters into the equalization tank where
effluents are cooled down (oxidation) with the help of a blower and maintain
equal temperature.

The next step is the neutralization tank, where effluents are mixed with
alkali base or acid to neutralize and maintain the ph level and is measured
using ph meter. The raw water then moves toward the coagulation tank
where coagulant is added such as alum to further remove the layer from
the effluent or raw water.

After this process, raw water enters into a settling tank and effluent gets
separated from the water and settles down at a lower level of the tank. The
effluent removed acts as sludge and can be used as manure in the
agriculture industry vice-versa. The last and final stage is the filter stage
where filtration is done under the pressure and we get the treated
wastewater.
Pioneer Fluid Solution The Effluent Treatment Plant Supplier in India
served 500 plus customers and still serving them. #SaveWater

The wastewater can easily be treated with the help of Effluent Treatment
Plant which when placed anywhere gives exponential growth in terms of
saving water and utilizing it further giving 100 percent return on investment.
Effluent Treatment Plant comes under different variants of
capacity designed according to the parameters such as GA (General
Arrangement ) view, type of effluent and the population living in a society.

6. Automobile Industry

Demineralization (DM) Treatment Plants

Pioneer Fluid Solution is a manufacturer of Wide range of custom-built Demineralised
Water plant [DM Plant] in India for industrial process water applications, with inherent
design to conserve water, and save costs. The DM Plants [Demineralisation Plants] are
available in different sizes and materials, manually operated or fully Automatic, & ready to
install & are available as standard models or custom built versions for specific needs.
Demineralisation is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion
exchange process. With most natural water sources it is possible to use Demineralisation
and produce water of a higher quality than conventional distillation
The basic DM plant must have minimum two resin columns, Cation and Anion. The cation
unit contains resins, which are in H form and Anion resins in service cycle are in OH- form.
The filtered raw water, when passed through a two bed DM plant, cation resins exchange all
cations in water and the salts are converted to respective acids. his acidic water is passed
through the anion resins, which exchanges the anions and the pure water is achieved. The
water coming out of Anion unit generally has TDS less than 40 PPM & Hardness less than 1
PPM.
PRINCIPLE
Raw Water is passed via two small polystyrene bead filled (ion exchange resins) beds. While
the cations get exchanged with hydrogen ions in first bed, the anions are exchanged with
hydroxyl ions, in the second one.
PROCESS
In the context of Water purification, ion-exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which
impurity ions present in the Water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchange resin.
The impurity ions are taken up by the resin, which must be periodically regenerated to
restore it to the original ionic form. (An ion is an atom or group of atoms with an electric
charge. Positively-charged ions are called cations and are usually metals; negatively-charged
ions are called anions and are usually non-metals).

Product List
Industrial RO Plant treats the contaminated water by forcing it to
pass into a semi-permeable membrane and giving the best pure
water.

Pioneer Fluid Solution is a leading Industrial RO Plant Manufacturer
in India. Our vision and mission is to safeguard the earth’s resources
and giving back to Mother Earth.

The raw water is pumped through the disc filter where large colloids
and particles are removed and further reaches the multigrade filter
which removes turbidity, sediments, dirt from the water and acts as a
protection to the RO membrane. Further, the water reaches the
activated carbon filter which removes odor, color, small particles like
chlorine organics, etc.
The raw water then enters the Antiscalant Dosing System which
pumps chemicals in the water to prevent scale formation on the
edges of the RO Membrane followed by micron filter which further
removes turbidity up to 5 microns. The in-process water enters into
the pressure pump which increases the flow and pressure of water
and enters into a Reverse Osmosis Membrane which helps in
removing dissolved colloids, bacteria, viruses and all particles with
pores size as low as 0.0001 microns.
 The water then enters Rotameter (it check the flow of final water,
rejected water & recirculated water). The ultraviolet system
embedded in the RO Water Plant System removes residual
bacteria, viruses further acting as a disinfectant. Finally, we get fresh
and pure water to die down our thirst.
The process is repeated again by entering into the CIP cleaning
system that takes a course of action by removing the scales from the
RO membrane and the cycle to obtain pure water is repeated again.
